Recommended Nutrient Strengths for Crops
Each different crop type needs to be grown at a specific Conductivity value (Nutrient Strength).
This ensures the crop performs at its best.
The Conductivity values can vary depending on whether the crop is a leafy, flowering or fruiting variety.
Changes in season also mean that the Conductivity value can be higher or lower.
We have attached a helpful chart below to show the recommended Conductivity value for each crop type as well as their compatibility if grown in the same growing system:
The nutrient strengths on the chart are shown as EC and CF values.
