Terms and Conditions Relating to the Sale of Goods and Services:

• All Products are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
• New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable to export orders.
• Full payment is required prior to dispatch of orders.
• Shipping times will vary depending on location.  An estimated transit time will be notified at the time of quoting.
• Clients have 7 days after receipt of goods to notify us of any damage or faulty products.
• Refunds will be considered on the basis that the goods are returned to New Zealand unused and in original condition. Pure Hydroponics is not responsible for refunding the cost of any freight.
• Unless specifically stated, shipping is quoted on CIF incoterms on the basis that any duties or taxes or local delivery are the responsibility of the client upon arrival of the goods into their country.
• All client contact information and sales history is fully confidential and is not shared.
• CONDITIONS OF SALE: Legal title of goods supplied is not transferred from Pure Hydroponics Ltd until full payment is received. No goods are
  returnable after 14 days. Goods returned must show invoice number. If unpaid by due date Pure Hydroponics Ltd reserves the right to impose
  interest at 2.5% per calendar month until principle and interest have been paid in full or to recover the unpaid goods from site.
• Changes to the client’s hydroponic system design may impact on the system performance, and any changes in the design may void any warranties.
• Pure Hydroponics Ltd will not accept any liability for damage caused by power supply fault(s) or failure(s) in the client’s system.
• Pure Hydroponics Ltd does not accept liability for any system non-performance, damage or failure due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
• Any liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product and services supplied by Pure Hydroponics Ltd
